The name of this blog comes from Billy Collins' wonderful poem, "Carry", but today as I was scrolling through some old photo albums I found this picture that I took two summers ago while traveling in Europe with my cousin. We were swimming in Lake Bled in Northern Slovenia when I saw this couple slowly paddling around the lake. I jumped out of the water to grab my camera and capture this beautiful sight. Someday I would like a shirtless man to paddle me across a lake in a rowboat, while I look great in my sunhat.
