Dinner with Kate!

my sweet friend Kate invited me over for dinner last night.  Kate is house-sitting for some friends who have a huge, beautiful garden.  Kate is responsible for tending the garden and gets to enjoy it's produce everyday.  We made our dinner with potatoes, onions and kale straight from the ground! There is such satisfaction in growing and making your own food.  On the menu: mushroom soup and parmesan, kale smashed potatoes.  Yum!
