Banana Pie Escapades

My wonderful roommate, Jaime and I got it in our heads to make a banana pie.  In this world of speed, mass-production and instant gratification, it felt so good to make something with our hands.  We could hardly wait for the pie to set over night that we proceeded to eat the entire thing for breakfast the next day!
